Lee Recruitment started in 2013. It is a locally owned and operated recruitment agency with an aim to help build a better community for all of us through meaningful employment.

Our moving force and Managing Director is Mark Lee. Mark has been in the recruitment industry for over 15 years. He has broad experience in all aspects of recruitment.

He is a Fitter Welder by trade with an understanding of the working conditions, demands, and the general trade environment which helps him search for the best qualified and skilled people for the job.

After working mostly in engineering Mark moved into recruiting and managing apprentices followed by general recruiting.

He thoroughly enjoys the process of 'putting good people into good jobs' and is driven to help people achieve their employment goals.

Outside of work he enjoys hunting and fishing and other outdoor activities and spending time with his wife and children.
